THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.
There are no refunds on all of the cost, just half of what is paid if paid in full, if client is not happy. That half will be for you paying me for my time and my time wasted and my time from my other clients. Or there will be a Credit to other services that I do if we do not come to agreement on a design. If client does not want any credit toward other services, then there will be an refund of half of the cost that was paid in full. But there will be no refunds on any deposit made, for that is the payment for me time and my time from other client.
PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL WORK FROM OTHERS IS IN GOOD QUALITY AND IN HIGH RESOLUTION !!!!!
ALSO IF I DID THE WORK FROM THE START MEANING LOGO AND ALL THEN I AM AT FUALT AND WILL FIX IT. BUT I DID NOT DO THE LOGO OR IMAGE THAT WAS GIVEN TO ME TO PRINT ON THE SHIRTS, BANNERS, AND OR ANY OTHER STUFF I PRINT AND TRY MY BEST TO FIX IT, THERE FOR CAN NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF OTHER PEOPLES WORK. BUT I DO NOT REFUND THE MONEY BECAUSE THE MONEY WAS SPENT ON SHIRTS, BANNERS, INK, AND MATERIALS.
JUST LIKE ANY OTHER BUSINESS OUT THERE.
I am the designer for you. I work for you one on one and work my hardest to make you happy. I create logos, book and CD covers, anything and everything! In some cases I must charge by the project; others must be paid hourly, depending on the project.
Once a range of information has been gathered about the project I estimate the cost based on the average number of hours, this is multiplied by my personal hourly rate and supplied as an overall cost. This estimate is then sent over to the client for approval, when the client is happy to start work on the project an initial 50% deposit is collected. The project gets underway and design material is produced. Upon completion the final invoice for the remaining 50% is created, or total remaining balance if additional changes or features have been introduced during the project.
On smaller mid sized projects I require a 50% deposit and the balance prior to release of production-ready files. On larger (longer-term) projects with several stages of deliverable, I require the same 50% deposit prior to starting any work, but break up the fee schedule based on delivery. A retainer is usually applied to the end of the project, too.
I accept PayPal when a client prefers this or is in a rush, and most often for overseas and US based clients. I do accept western union, through facebook, and also through invoice.
This works for me. It spreads the risk yet gives the client (who may be a first time client in many cases) the option of not paying everything at once to an unknown designer / studio. It’s a pretty fair process. Many unexpected things can come up –even personal emergencies or as we now know – catastrophic economic upheavals – that can upend even a trustworthy and fair client’s willingness or ability to pay me. I am willing to work with you as a designer somehow, someway. I can handle anything and everything which, after viewing my website, I hope you will agree and pick me for all your design needs.
